Who We Are
Liz Cappola has been restoring homes across Los Angeles for over 12 years with investors and end-users. She holds a film degree from Chapman University and admits that she “fell into real estate”. Home restoration has allowed Liz to be creative and solve some very complex situations. Liz holds a general contractors license and has project managed and designed hundreds of notable homes across Los Angeles.
One of Liz’s most recent projects, a historic monument in Highland Park was most featured in Dwell Magazine, The New York Times, and Dirt Editorial for her meticulous home renovation.
Liz loves old homes and the history that hides inside.
Tara Ozanyan was born and raised in Los Angeles, Tara has a vast knowledge of the entire city. Tara has been in the real estate business for over 10 years and has worked with some of biggest top producers.
Regarding construction, Tara is leading the industry with budgeting and cost savings. Tara spends hours, if not days, sourcing materials in order to get the best deal possible. She has an extremely intellectual knowledge of the entire construction process from foundation and framing all the way to flooring and cabinetry. Tara is able to save clients thousands if not hundreds of thousands of dollars on every project!
Tara is exceedingly “hands on” whether it comes to a real estate transaction or coordinating a construction project. She knows how to thoroughly explain each aspect so clients thoroughly understand the entire process.
